This armband tattoo was requested by Joseph and it was designed integrating Celtic and Polynesian elements.
A line represents an ideal "fil rouge" that joins all the main elements turning the Polynesian animals Celtic under its touch: the left flippers of the turtle and the tail fin of the shark become thus similar to Celtic knots, blending the two styles together.
The wolf was requested by Joseph, like the fire (designed here by a knotted line), which holds a terrible power even in the smallest of its flames.
The turtle reptresents family and the Marquesan cross that shapes its shell is a symbol of balance and harmony.
The braid represents union.
The hammerhead shark symbolizes tenacity, strength and determination and the spear heads symbolize the warrior, valiance in facing every challenge towards success (the path of Kamehameha below the shark).
Birds represent voyage, watching the world from a higher perspective and the help that will always be granted to the dear ones.
Fish are for prosperity and abundance and the sun is for joy and success.
We joined it to the moon to symbolize the impossible that becomes possible.
