This Polynesian turtle tattoo includes a manta and a frigate bird for freedom
and voyages, with a sun for joy and eternity, and a koru within the sun for a new
positive beginning.
Braids are for family union and the letters T and M are
close to them, protected by the manta and the tiki.
On the left front flipper there are a hibiscus and a wave, while on the right flipper there are mountains and a fish hook (stability and prosperity).
The back flippers are tiki hands for protection and 6 stylized birds (the same symbol is used for ancestors).
The black part between the tiki hands, just below the tiki, symbolizes a dark moment left behind to start this new life.
