We prepared this Polynesian style gecko tattoo for Eerika.
The braid on the tip of the tail symbolizes union while the triple twist (meeting of different cultures) includes a double twist to symbolize eternal love and union.
The row of spear heads represents a warrior, and it stands for strength and courage. It protects the maorigrams of her children´s names placed on its sides.
The turtle (family) marks a positive and joyful new start (the koru
surrounded by the sun, which is made of shark teeth for adaptability).
Flax leaves represent family unity and the back legs of the gecko are
made of tiki faces to protect the family from all sides, while the front
legs are made of fish hooks to symbolize prosperity and wealth.
